Return of New Items
JDMPIT is very happy to allow you to return any new, factory-sealed, unopened
and unused condition merchandise within 7 days of your purchase date (First
day you received your package indicated by Date of Delivery Confirmation). This
rule only applies when you make the purchase through this site. You may choose
a full-credit product exchange or a full credit by the same means payment was
made. Shipping charges cannot be refunded.
Return of Wrong/Defective Items
JDMPIT allows you to return defective merchandise within 7 days of your
purchase date (First day you received your package indicated by Date of Delivery
Confirmation). You may choose a full-credit product exchange or a full credit
by the same means payment was made. Please include a detailed written description
of the defect. In this case, JDMPIT will pay for your return shipping fee or
refund paid shipping upon receiving your return items if you decide not to make
an exchange. Merchandise found to be non-defective will be subject to a 25%
Non-Returnable, Non-Refundable Items
JDMPIT is unable to accept returns of the following items: Opened non-defective,
used parts, or without factory packed parts/emblems/accessories.
Packaging Your Return
Returned merchandise must include all factory packed accessories in the
original carton/package. Incomplete returns will receive a reduced credit reflecting
any missing accessories. Your name, shipping address or Paypal address (Optional)
must be displayed and written clearly along with your return package.
Return Shipping Costs
If you need to exchange a wrong/defective product for a new product, JDMPIT
will be happy to provide and pay for USPS First class rate return shipping for
replacement merchandise. Returned merchandise must arrive no later than 30 days
after we receive your Email Notification. You are responsible for shipping any
return product to JDMPIT. We suggest you to use USPS first class with Tracking#.
In the case that you exchange a defective product for a new product, JDMPIT
will provide and pay for the outbound shipping for replacement merchandise.
Returns meeting the conditions stated above will be processed as soon as
possible usually within 3 business days following receipt. Processing may be
slightly extended during peak business periods.
